Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $160.

Orders under $160 are:

Standard: Flat Rate of $9.95
Express: Flat Rate of $15.96

Every Art of Elements piece is carefully wrapped, cushioned and prepared for its journey from our studio to your home.

We take extra care to ensure your board arrives safely and beautifully, so if there's layers of bubble wrap, just treat it like pass-the-parcel 😉

We may also reuse clean packaging materials where possible to reduce waste.

In the background we are working on getting more sustainable and custom packaging too!

Your order is sent with the most suitable option based on size, weight and your location.

Express shipping is always sent via Australia Post Express.

  • Core Collection: dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Custom Collection: handmade to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to make the item to order before dispatch. If you need something urgently in the Custom Collection, please reach out before purchasing, we may have certain colours in stock from the markets.

During busy periods (like Christmas or limited drops), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always work as quickly and carefully as possible.

Delivery timeframes are set by the shipping carrier and vary depending on your location.

As a guide:

  • Standard shipping: 2-8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow its journey.

Yes, all orders come with tracking, once the shipping label has been created.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, this can be normal (especially during busy periods). If you're concerned, reach out and we’ll help follow it up.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel is delayed or missing in transit, we’ll always help lodge an investigation with the carrier.

However, we’re unable to offer refunds for delays, lost or stolen parcels that are outside of our control.

Yes.

If you don’t want your parcel left unattended, simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll pass this on to the carrier.

We can arrange international shipping on request.
