Welcome to Art of Elements. By browsing our website or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below. These keep everything transparent and running smoothly, so we can stay focused on crafting ocean-inspired pieces you’ll love for years.

1. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every piece is individually shaped, sanded and poured by hand. Variations in timber grain, resin flow, colour and finish are completely natural. No two pieces will ever be identical and that uniqueness is part of their beauty.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and celebrate these natural variations.

2. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.

Our pieces are made in small batches or released in limited drops, so availability is not guaranteed. If something becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you with options straight away.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received.
We do not offer payment plans or Afterpay, we prefer customers to purchase when it feels right, not financially stressful.

4. Shipping

We pack every item securely and ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to weather, public holidays or delays outside our control.

Once a parcel is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your parcel goes missing or is delayed, we’re always happy to help communicate with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds for courier-related issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full Returns & Exchanges policy applies. The short version:

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives faulty, we’ll repair, replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • We cover return shipping for approved faulty items.

6. Personalised & Custom Orders

Custom and personalised pieces are final sale.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, initials and design notes before confirming your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, artwork, product descriptions, and written content on this site belong to Art of Elements.
Please don’t copy, reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:
