Shipping policy

Every Art of Elements piece is carefully wrapped, cushioned and prepared for its journey from our studio to your home. Here’s how we ship, what to expect, and how we keep your order safe along the way.

Carriers We Use

To make sure your order arrives safely and affordably, we ship with:

  • Australia Post

  • Couriers Please 

  • Aramex

The carrier is chosen based on weight, size and the most cost-effective option for your location.

Express Post is always sent with Australia Post Express.

Processing Times

Most orders in the Core Collection are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.  Most orders in the Custom Collection are handmade to order and can take 2-3 weeks to be made, then packed and dispatched and can take up to 2-4 weeks with shipping.
During busy periods (like Christmas or limited drops), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work as quickly and carefully as possible.

Custom and personalised orders require creation time before shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are set by the carrier and may vary depending on your location, public holidays or unexpected delays.

Once posted, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Tracking Your Parcel

All orders come with tracking.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry, this is common during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out if you’re concerned and we’ll help chase it up from our end.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, we’ll always do what we can to assist with an investigation, but we cannot issue refunds for courier delays, stolen parcels, or issues outside our control.

Authority to Leave

Some carriers may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is home. If you prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please include this in your order notes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We always aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible without compromising on safe packaging.

Packaging

Every piece is padded, wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives safely. We may reuse clean packaging materials where possible to reduce waste.
